System Architecture

OmniAuto-ID is partitioned into clean, decoupled layers to allow instant hardware driver swaps with zero impact on upstream MES/ERP pipelines:

1. Physical & Edge Layer: Impinj R700, Zebra FX9600, Cognex 280, Siemens S7-1500 PLC, USB/Serial PDA scanners.

2. Core Processing Runtime: Sub-millisecond tag deduplication, RSSI threshold filtering, EPC decoding, and circular buffering.

3. Telematics & Message Sinks: WebRTC low-latency video streaming, Apache Kafka cluster producer, MQTT Sparkplug B.

4. Control Plane: RSA-2048 cryptographic licensing, OTA command dispatch, and fleet-wide health monitoring.
